Hosted Payment page Plugin v1.0.9
- From your WordPress backend, upload the .zip file as a normal plugin.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to 'WooCommerce settings', select 'Checkout'. You should see 'PayGenius Redirect as a checkout option (top right).
- Click on PayGenius Redirect. Insert your own secret key and access token (see above).
- Click save, then select your page, and save again. PayGenius is now activated on your WordPress website and will appear as payment option when customers check out of the cart.
Magento 1
Login at http://magento.explicit.co.za/admin
Navigate to System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager (login with your Magento admin details again)
Under "Direct package file upload", Choose File and upload PayGenius-1.0.2.tgz, then press the Upload orange button. On the black console at the bottom of the page, you should have the following message returned in green: Package installed: community PayGenius 1.0.2 Cleaning cache . Cache cleaned successfully
Follow the ÒReturn to AdminÓ orange link at the top right; Navigate to System > Configuration; On the left under "Sales" > "Payment MethodsÓ
(optional) for direct integration: Scroll down to The PayGenius Direct Payments section and update settings as follows: ¥ Enabled: Change to Yes ¥ Title: indicates what the client will see on checkout ¥ New order status: leave as pending ¥ Access Token: you will get this information on the PayGenius merchant console, in the Settings section: https://www.paygenius.co.za/pg/admin/account ¥ Secret key : you will get this information on the PayGenius merchant console, in the Settings section: https://www.paygenius.co.za/pg/admin/account ¥ Page ID: leave blank, except if you have more than 1 Virtual payment terminal on PayGenius ¥ TestMode: Leave as No ¥ Sort order: leave blan, except if you have more than 1 payment solution enabled on your platform ¥ Country selections: Leave as is. Plug-in is limited to ZAR transactions only Press the Save Config orange button at the top right. Please note that instant EFT is not supported as a payment method with direct integration
(optional) for redirect integration: Scroll down to the PayGenius Hosted section and update settings as indicated in step 6.
Process a test payment on your website, go to your merchant console and check that the test transaction figures on your Transactions report. You can then press the refund button on the right to refund the transaction (free of charge)

Magento 2
- PHP >= 7.1
- Magento 2.2.x project/store set up on your environment
- navigate to app/code/ in the directoryy root.
- Copy extracted files to this folder.
- Navigate back to project root and run command php/bin magento module:status. Paygenius module should be appearing under disabled modules.
- Run command php/bin magento module:enable Paygenius_Paygenius.
- A follow up of module status should have the module under enabled modules.
- Run command php/bin magento setup:upgrade followed by php/bin magento setup:di:compile
- Then clear the cache with php/bin magento cache:flush and you are ready to go.
- Navigate to your magento admin page and navigate to "stores/configurations/sales/payment methods" and enable Paygenius providing the correct credentials.
- From there you are all set.
Shopify
- Go to the PayGenius payment installation URL: https://www.shopify.com/login?redirect=authorize_gateway%2F1051899
- When the Merchant opens the URL above, he will be asked to logon to his store.
- After the Merchant logs in, he will be asked to confirm adding PayGenius as Payment method.
- This confirmation on the step 3 will make PayGenius available as payment method under: ...{store url}/admin/settings/payments: Section "Accept credit cards"
- Merchant can then activate the PayGenius payment gateway, which ask for CLIENT AND SECRETE KEY (These details can be obtained from the merchant dashboard) After all the steps above, PayGenius will be available as payment method on the store's checkout page.
